This notice explains how Standout Group handles personal data submitted when you claim a free strategy call on this page, including details you enter in the Calendly booking widget.

Who controls the data

Standout Group is the controller of personal data collected through this booking page and related correspondence. Contact: achow@standoutgroup.net.

What we collect and why

When you book a free strategy call, Calendly collects your name, work email, timezone and any invitee questions configured for that event (for example firm website and prioritised area of law). If the on-site request form is shown instead, we collect your name, work email, website address and prioritised area of law so we can review suitability and contact you about this request.

Lawful basis

Pilot requests and related correspondence are processed because they are necessary to take steps at your request before a potential contract, and to pursue our legitimate interest in reviewing suitability for the free 30-day pilot and communicating about that request in a way that does not override your rights.

Processors

Personal data from a strategy call booking or request may be processed by: Hosting (Vercel); Workflow automation (n8n); Lead storage (Google Sheets); Transactional email (Resend); Analytics (Plausible Analytics); Scheduling (Calendly).

Retention

Pilot request records and related correspondence are kept while needed to assess eligibility for the free 30-day pilot, communicate about the request, handle follow-up questions and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Fixed calendar retention periods will be published here if adopted.

Your rights
